Customer Responsibilities

  • Care: The Customer agrees to use the rental items responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
  • Inspection: Upon receipt, the Customer must inspect the items and report any defects within 24 hours.
  • Return Condition: Items must be returned clean and in the same condition as received.

Loss, Damage, or Cleaning Fees

  • The Customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the items during the rental period.
  • In case of damage, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Customer.
  • If items are returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee of $20 will apply

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than [Insert Timeframe] prior to the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after the rental start date.

Limitation of Liability
Tiny Travels is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the rental items. The Customer assumes all risks associated with their use.

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of $40 (USD) is required at the time of booking.
  • The deposit will be held as a security against loss, damage, or excessive cleaning of the rented items.
  • Upon return of the items in good condition and after inspection, the security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours
  • If items are missing, damaged, or returned in an excessively soiled condition, the following deductions will apply:
  • Missing Items: Full replacement cost of the item will be deducted.
  • Damaged Items: Cost of repair or replacement (whichever is lower) will be deducted.
  • Excessive Cleaning: A cleaning fee of $20 will be deducted.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By placing a reservation with Tiny Travels, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
