Absolutely! We meticulously clean and sanitize every item after each use using child-safe, non-toxic cleaning products. All gear is inspected to ensure it’s in excellent condition and meets current safety standards.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak travel seasons, to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings are welcome, but gear availability may be limited.

We deliver Islandwide throughout the British Virgin Islands. If you’re staying on a more remote island, contact us, and we’ll do our best to arrange delivery.

Not necessarily! We can coordinate with your accommodations to have your gear ready before your arrival and pick it up after your departure. Just let us know the details.

We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.

Of course! Contact us as soon as you know you need more time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to item availability. Additional rental fees will apply.

We understand that accidents happen! Please notify us immediately if something is damaged. Minor wear and tear is covered, but significant damage will incur a repair or replacement fee.

All cribs come with a mattress pad and a fitted sheet.

We cannot install your car seats for you. We will, however, include instructions for you to install them yourself.

We’re here to make your trip as stress-free as possible and are happy to accommodate most of your needs. Diapers, wipes, bottles, and bibs are available for purchase. If there’s anything else you require, simply let us know, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request.
